The building at 148 Lafayette Street in New York City was purchased by Louis Dreyfus Property Group to be remodeled and repositioned to attract new tenants. To be successful, an identity system was needed to brand the building and any marketing materials. They system utilized pocketfolders with property information, floor plans, renderings and photos for the office space; a mailer for the retail space; signage to attract street traffic; and presentation boards within a marketing room. As a result, the entire office space was leased to high-profile tenants in under two years.
